Complementary care, managed with clinical rigour.
Mediamc helps practitioners and patients use alternative and complementary medicine safely — coordinated, documented, and grounded in evidence, always alongside conventional care.
A managed approach to alternative medicine.
Alternative and complementary therapies can support wellbeing — but only when they're chosen carefully, recorded properly, and reviewed against the rest of a person's care. That coordination is the work we do.

Grounded, not wishful
We recommend complementary options where there's reasonable support, and we say so plainly when there isn't.
With your medical team
Complementary medicine works best as a supplement to conventional care — never a replacement for it.
Everything on record
Each recommendation, dose and review is written down, so your whole care team can see the full picture.
Let's build a plan that fits the whole of your care.

Medicine Alternative Management Australia.
We're a Victorian practice built on a simple idea: alternative medicine deserves the same care, structure and honesty as the rest of healthcare.
Coordination is the medicine.
Many people use herbs, supplements and complementary therapies — often without their GP or pharmacist knowing the full list. That's where things go wrong: interactions get missed, doses drift, and nobody holds the whole picture.
Mediamc exists to hold that picture. From our rooms in Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula, we coordinate complementary care between patients, practitioners and conventional clinicians — assessing options, writing clear plans, and reviewing them on a schedule.
We don't promise miracles. We promise that whatever you take will be considered, recorded and reviewed by someone who understands both worlds.

management
Four commitments.
Safety before everything
Every recommendation is screened for interactions with current medications and conditions before it reaches you.
Plain, honest advice
If the evidence is thin or a therapy isn't right for you, we'll tell you — clearly, without a sales pitch.
One coordinated record
We keep a single, shareable plan so your GP, pharmacist and complementary practitioners stay aligned.
Reviewed, not set-and-forget
Plans are revisited on a schedule, because bodies, medications and circumstances change.
Complementary, by definition.
Mediamc supports the safe, coordinated use of complementary and alternative medicine. We do not replace your doctor, diagnose serious illness, or advise stopping any prescribed treatment. For urgent or serious symptoms, please contact your GP or call 000.
Everything we manage, in one place.
Each service is designed to keep your complementary care safe, coordinated and properly documented.
Herbal & naturopathic review
A structured look at botanical and naturopathic options for your situation, each one checked against your current medicines and history.
Coordinated care plans
A single written plan — therapies, doses, timing and goals — shared with your GP and other practitioners so everyone works together.
Supplement & interaction checks
Already taking supplements? We'll audit the lot for overlap, interactions and redundant spend, and simplify where we can.
Quality & compliance
Sourcing notes, dispensing records and documentation kept audit-ready and aligned with Australian regulatory expectations.
Practitioner support
For clinics: we help allied practitioners document, justify and review their complementary recommendations to a consistent standard.
Scheduled reviews
Regular check-ins to see what's working, adjust doses, retire what isn't helping, and update the shared plan accordingly.
Simple to start, steady to maintain.
Most people begin with a single consultation. We talk through your goals, current medications and any therapies you're already using, then build a written plan you can share with your medical team.
From there, it's a matter of scheduled reviews — keeping the plan current as things change.
Start with a consultFour steps, on repeat.
Good complementary care isn't a one-off recommendation — it's a loop. Here's how we run it.
Assess
We map your full picture — conditions, prescriptions, supplements, goals and constraints — so nothing important is invisible. This is where most safety issues are caught.
Plan
We propose complementary options where the evidence reasonably supports them, screen each for interactions, and write a clear plan with doses, timing and expected outcomes.
Manage
The plan goes to work — shared with your GP and practitioners (with your consent), with sourcing and dispensing kept on record so the whole team stays aligned.
Review
We check in on a schedule: what's helping, what isn't, what's changed. We adjust, retire and update — because a plan that's never revisited stops being safe.
The things people ask first.
No. Mediamc manages complementary and alternative medicine alongside conventional care. We never advise stopping a prescribed treatment, and we work with your medical team rather than around it.
We weigh the available evidence, your individual situation, and any interaction risks. Where support for a therapy is thin, we say so — and we'd rather recommend nothing than something unjustified.
No referral is required to book an initial consultation. With your consent, we'll happily coordinate with your GP and other practitioners once a plan is in place.
